Nurse Practitioner – Residential Aged Care | Central Coast, NSW A rare opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality care to residents within Aged Care Facilities on the Central Coast. This role offers 1 day per week, ideal for someone seeking flexible work or a portfolio position alongside other commitments. About the Role: You’ll collaborate with the Senior Medical Officer and GPs to deliver best-practice clinical care and help reduce hospital admissions through proactive management. You’ll manage your own caseload of RACF residents, coordinating their ongoing health reviews and medication plans.
